Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-returnable items

Perishable goods (food, snacks), personal care and beauty items once opened, intimate apparel, and gift cards cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Clearance and final-sale items marked as non-returnable.

3. How to request a return

Contact us at [support email] or WhatsApp [WhatsApp number] with your order number and a brief reason. We will confirm next steps and arrange collection or drop-off.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Place a new order for the replacement item and follow the return steps for the original.
