We currently ship within Qatar. If your area is not covered at checkout, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Same day delivery from order confirmation for orders confirmed before the daily cut-off. Holiday delays may apply.

You will receive updates as your order status changes. You can also track status in your account under Orders.

Standard delivery fees are shown at checkout based on your distance from the selected branch: QAR 10 up to 10 km, QAR 15 up to 15 km, QAR 20 up to 20 km, and QAR 20 plus QAR 1 per extra km beyond 20 km.

Orders of QAR 299 or more get free delivery within 20 km. Orders of QAR 599 or more get free delivery anywhere in Qatar. New registered customers get free delivery on their first order of QAR 50 or more within 20 km (one time per account, signed-in orders only).

Pickup may be available from our branches. Choose the pickup option at checkout where supported.

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
