1. Delivery area

We currently ship within Qatar. If your area is not covered at checkout, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Order cut-off and weekend delays may apply.

You will receive updates as your order status changes. You can also track status in your account under Orders.

Standard delivery fees are shown at checkout based on your address. Orders over QAR 100 qualify for free delivery.

Pickup may be available from our branches. Choose the pickup option at checkout where supported.

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
